Since 2014 · NSU

Hi, I'm Natalie.

I'm a licensed pediatric occupational therapist and the founder of Brightly OT. Since graduating from NSU in 2014, I've worked in hospitals, private clinics, schools, and family homes — specializing in sensory integration and its profound impact on learning, development, and everyday life.

Here's what I've learned: sensory integration isn't just a "kid thing." How we process the world around us shapes everything — focus, sleep, mood, relationships, even how we show up at the dinner table. When kids (and the adults around them) understand their sensory needs, daily life gets noticeably easier.

I founded my practice in 2017, and as a mom of two, I get the unique challenges families face. Brightly OT exists to bring that sensory-informed support directly to you — wherever you are, in pajamas if you want.

Support that meets you where you are.

What families are saying.

Natalie gave us the language and the tools. Within three weeks, our mornings went from chaos to actually leaving on time.

Travel used to be a nightmare with our 3 and 5-year-olds. Natalie helped us understand our kids' nervous systems and see behavior as communication, not just a reaction. We had an incredible summer because of her.

Natalie helped us understand that sensory needs aren't something to fix — they're something to understand. That shift, along with her tools and guidance, changed the dynamic in our household for good.

Questions, answered

You're probably wondering.

Is this therapy or coaching?
Coaching. I work with you as the parent — building your skills, confidence, and a home plan — rather than providing direct therapy to your child. For families wanting clinical OT services, I'm happy to refer.
What ages do you support?
Families with kids ages 2 to 12. Most of my work focuses on sensory regulation, fine motor, daily living skills, and emotional coping.
How do virtual sessions work?
We meet over secure video. Kids don't need to be on camera — sessions are designed for you, the parent. I'll often ask you to film a short clip of a routine ahead of time so we can dig in together.
Do you take insurance?
Coaching is private-pay. I can provide a superbill for monthly packages that some HSA/FSA accounts will reimburse — check with your plan.
What if my child has a diagnosis?
I work with families across the neurodiversity spectrum — autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and kids with no diagnosis at all. The approach adapts to your child.
